Foundation: 6 Sessions

Who it’s for

Leaders who are newer to managing people, or who have stepped into a bigger role and feel the distance between where they are and where they want to be.

What we work on

The foundational skills that nobody trains you on and everyone expects you to already have. Communicating expectations clearly. Giving feedback that lands. Holding people accountable without it becoming conflict. Managing your own reactions when things get hard.

How sessions run

We start by understanding how you’re wired. Then we build each skill on that foundation, in a way that fits how you actually lead. Each session focuses on a real situation. Each session ends with something specific to practice before we meet again.

Best for

New managers. First-time directors. Senior individual contributors who just moved into people leadership.

Experienced leaders who keep running into the same wall. Something specific isn’t working and the usual approaches haven’t fixed it.

What we work on

One challenge, done thoroughly. A relationship that’s frayed. A team dynamic that won’t shift. A pattern you understand but can’t change. A transition that’s harder than you expected. We find where the fit breaks down and build a better approach on stronger ground.

How sessions run

Same structure as Foundation, understanding your foundation first, then focused work on real situations, deliberate practice between sessions. The difference is depth. We go further into one area rather than building across the fundamentals.

Best for

Mid-level and senior leaders navigating a specific recurring challenge. Leaders in transition. Anyone who has done leadership development before and wants something more targeted.

When it is the right fit, the next steps are straightforward. You’ll receive a short intake, a few direct questions about your situation and strengths. We schedule all six sessions upfront so the work has continuity. Then we get started.
